RETURN POLICY
For products without defect and or no error in order preparation /shipping on Pride’s part, we can accept return:
Within 48 hours with 0% restocking fee.
After 48 hours but within 10 days: 10% restocking fee.
After 10 days up to 90 days from purchase date: 20% restocking fee.
No return is accepted after 90 days.
All products for return must be in factory original packaging and be in resalable condition.
No returns will be accepted at Pride without an RMA attached to the return.
Freight will be prepaid by customer.

NOTE: SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
For products with possible defect and or error in order preparation/shipping on Pride’s part:
There will be no restocking fee.
But return must be secured with RMA in order that is accepted for a credit or merchandise exchange.
Original packaging must be relatively in good condition for a full credit, otherwise some fees may apply if new boxes must be purchased and products have to be repackaged.
