We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing, IT security, and business management professional to play in this role.

What you’ll do:

Manage Prime’s ERP system to improve the business performance while optimizing our SEO and digital marketing to enhance the website rankings and start expanding in Europe & Middle East. You will also manage the IT Network and Security for the companies’ Sites.

  • Manage and deliver large and complex ERP engagements to identify design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for Prime across several key industries.
  • Develop ERP practice solutions and methodologies.
  • Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
  • Analyze data processing modules and identify areas of enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide procedures and reports to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects
  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media and communicate with clients in Europe and Middle East
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on Prime’s Website
  • Drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Change website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
  • Set and implement user access controls and identity and access management systems
  • Monitor network and application performance to identify and irregular activity
  • Perform regular audits to ensure security practices are compliant
  • Deploy endpoint detection and prevention tools to thwart malicious hacks
  • Set up patch management systems to update applications automatically
  • Implement comprehensive vulnerability management systems across all assets on-premises and in the cloud
  • Setup a shared disaster recovery/business continuity plan
  • Work with HR and/or team leads to educate employees on how to identify suspicious activities

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant corporate B2B marketing experience.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science
  • Ethical Hacker Certified
  • Endpoint Security Certified
  • Proven work experience as a Digital media specialist or Digital marketing manager
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After effects or other media editing software
  • Experience with web development (WordPress) and content management systems
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint are a plus)
  • Proven SEO experience
  • Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • Experience in information security or related field.
  • Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques.
  • Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus, and IDPS concepts.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them.
  • Understanding of patch management with the ability to deploy patches in a timely manner while understanding business impact.
  • Must-know English, French and Arabic languages
