POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a full-time, salaried Computer Systems Analyst to support the configuration, optimization, and integration of our ERP and related digital systems. This position is non-speculative and will be performed under the direct supervision of senior technical leadership.

The analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and enhancing the functionality and interoperability of our business information systems, including ERP, CRM, and marketing data platforms. This includes evaluating current technical infrastructure, identifying areas for process automation, and implementing data workflows that improve organizational efficiency and decision-making.

The role bridges technical system expertise and business operations, requiring the ability to translate business needs into functional system requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with reporting tools, digital analytics platforms, and business system integrations, and will contribute to the expansion of digital operations into new international markets, including Europe and the Middle East.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP System Analysis & Optimization

Oversee the functionality, performance, and scalability of the company’s ERP system. Conduct detailed system evaluations, identify opportunities for automation or reconfiguration, and lead initiatives to align ERP capabilities with evolving business needs. Ensure that the system supports accurate order tracking, inventory control, reporting, and client management.

Cross-System Integration & Workflow Design

Work with internal teams to integrate ERP software with other platforms including CRM systems, digital marketing dashboards, and customer analytics tools. Design and implement data workflows that ensure smooth information flow between platforms, reduce duplication, and improve operational efficiency.

Technical Reporting & Data Visualization

Build and maintain custom dashboards using tools like Power BI, Power Query, or SQL to help teams monitor KPIs, campaign effectiveness, client behavior, and system performance. Develop data extraction routines that transform raw information into actionable insights.

Digital Infrastructure Support

Manage the systems-level configuration of web tools and analytic platforms (such as Google Analytics), ensuring consistent tagging, performance tracking, and connectivity to backend reporting systems. This includes integrating performance data into business intelligence tools and assisting non-technical users in interpreting system-generated reports.

Documentation & User Training

Create and maintain documentation related to systems workflows, configurations, and training guides. Offer onboarding and support for internal users to help them adapt to system updates, understand dashboard tools, and navigate data platforms independently.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Systems Advising

Serve as a bridge between technical and business teams by translating business goals into technical requirements. Liaise with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure systems support larger operational strategies and market expansion.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field — qualifications held by the applicant and recognized under the TN visa Computer Systems Analyst category. This meets the criteria for TN classification under the Computer Systems Analyst category as listed in 8 C.F.R. § 214.6 Appendix 1603.D.1(a).

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with programming and data tools such as Python, SQL, Java, Power BI, and Power Query. Familiarity with front-end coding (HTML/JavaScript) and experience working with ERP and CRM platforms is essential. Ability to build data workflows, automate reporting processes, and design integrations between multiple business systems is critical.

Analytical Capability

Strong analytical thinking and systems logic are needed to evaluate technical infrastructure, isolate inefficiencies, and develop high-impact solutions. Applicants should be able to analyze large sets of business data and propose improvements to enhance data flow and system accuracy.

Digital Analytics Experience

Knowledge of how digital marketing platforms—such as Google Analytics and CRM tools—interact with internal data systems. Experience developing dashboards or analyzing campaign performance through integrated business tools is an asset. Experience with tools such as FileMaker Pro, Power BI, or comparable platforms is an asset.

Communication & Collaboration

Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable guidance for users. Collaboration with non-technical stakeholders will be a daily aspect of the role.
